The IDT project MediaKids is one of the 25 recipients of the RecerCaixa grants, awarded every year to selected research projects in Catalonia. The project, led by Marta Poblet, will develop a mobile application to submit complaints on potentially harmful online contents.

Geoconsum, the mobile application for the consumer domain developed at the IDT, has been nominated for the Innovating Justice Awards 2012. Geoconsum empowers consumers by providing accurate, precise, and geolocated information on who is in best position to help them to solve their case.
