The IDT is located in the main building of the Law School within the Autonomous University of Barcelona campus. The UAB campus is 10 km North of Barcelona, among the cities of Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and Cerdanyola del Vallès.

Going by train from either Barcelona or the Airport:

By RENFE railway company: 
Main stations in Barcelona: Airport, Sants, Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf 
Trains run approximately every 30 min . 

1. get a ticket to CERDANYOLA-UNIVERSITAT 
2. if you come from the airport, get off at SANTS station, and wait on the same platform 
3. take a train to CERDANYOLA-UAB or to CERDANYOLA-UNIVERSITAT. 
4. CERDANYOLA-UNIVERSITAT is the last station on the line 
5. take a free bus ("EIX-CENTRAL") to the University, 
6. go off at the first bus stop that is opposite to the IDT (map) 

By FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT: 

Main stations in Barcelona: Catalunya, Provença, Gracia, Muntaner, Sarria 
There is a train every 12min 

1. get a ticket to UNIVERSITAT AUTÒNOMA 
2. take a train to SABADELL 
3. get off at UNIVERSITAT AUTÒNOMA station 
4. IDT is at a 5min walk from the station
